How can I make my flowers last longer
Do you offer gift cards?
I aim to get your flowers to you in the best possible condition. To prolong their life it is advisable to change the water every couple of days and trim the stems to enable them to 'drink'. Keep your bouquet away from extreme heat in as cool and draught free place as possible and out of direct sunlight.
Some flowers will not last as long as others, particularly seasonal and english garden flower varieties.
Gift cards/flower subscriptions are available, please email/text for details.
What are the payment options?
Payment for bouquets, arrangements and funeral flowers is required when placing your order. This can be by cash, card or bank transfer.
For weddings, a 50% holding deposit is required within 2 weeks after initial enquiry and upon acceptance of my estimate, with the full balance payable 2 months prior to your wedding date.
Face to face consultations are usually held two months prior to your wedding date.
What is your return policy?
I hope you will never have need to request a return as I aspire to provide great quality and value for money using the freshest flowers available. However, if you should be unhappy with your flowers for any reason, please contact me immediately.
